Q. How do I setup OzLINK Office to send information to the correct WorldShip fields?

A. OzLINK Office includes a simple setup Wizard that allows you to pick the location of your shipment information and begin shipping in just a few minutes.

Q. I have a large Excel spreadsheet. Can I process all the orders automatically?

A. Yes. The automatic batch processing of an entire spreadsheet has been available since OzLINK Office 2.5.

Q. What if I regularly receive spreadsheets from many different sources that have different layouts?

A. OzLINK Office has a Style feature that allows you to switch between different spreadsheet layouts automatically simply be opening the Excel files that you want to process.

Q. I have been using OzLINK Office for a while now. What new features have been added to OzLINK Office recently?

A. As a UPS Ready solution, OzLINK Office now supports address validation through the UPS online API. This option can be configured in the setup menu within OzLINK Office.

Q. With Outlook, what happens if I process more then one package to the same contact record? Will my tracking number, shipping date, and shipping cost be overwritten?

A. No. OzLINK Office will move the existing information down and put the most recent shipment results at the top of the contact record.
